CEPES urges the People's Party to reconsider its stance on social clauses in public procurement
Recognizing that the European Directive has not yet been approved, the president of CEPES considers that a legislative initiative like this, should have been adopted unanimously in the House. This initiative can and should serve as a starting point to encourage a debate in Congress that serves to ensure more effective use of public funds.
