CEPES has adhered to the petition promoted by the Platform by Responsible Companies requesting the adoption in Spain of a due diligence law on companies and human and environmental rights. This law will guarantee that Spanish companies and foreign companies that operate within our borders, respect human and environmental rights in the exercise of their activities and throughout their value chain and would also guarantee access to justice for the victims of these abuses.

This electronic publication, prepared by the CIDEAL Foundation with the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the MAEC, is a practical tool aimed at helping companies to develop a corporate policy of respect and compliance with human rights in their activities. in Spain as in third countries.

The Plan for Business and Human Rights, which is developing the Government, and in which CEPES actively participates , force the large private and public capital, to measure and communicate the impact of their activities on human rights.
