CEPES praises that the Constitution be reformed to withdraw the qualification of "diminished" to people with disabilities
The Board of Directors of CEPES applauds that the Government and the Cortes announce a reform of Article 49 and asks that the rights of persons with disabilities be guaranteed and extended in the Magna Carta. In addition, CEPES CEPES joins the request of CERMI to have a state regulation to protect pedestrians, especially the most vulnerable, before the 'invasion' of sidewalks by electric scooters and other elements of personal mobility
