The Federation impulse born of three entities: the Business Association for Disability (AEDIS until 2013 AFEM), the Business Association of Special Employment Centers Cocemfe (AECEMCO) And the Business Association of Special Employment Centers ONCE Foundation (AECEMFO).
FEACEM, in 2019 brought together 11 business associations linked to associations of people with disabilities, through which integrates and represents more than 800 special employment centers that bring together more than 46,000 disabled workers
FEACEM represents and defends the interests of business associations that integrate to improve the field of special employment centers as a means of sheltered employment and social inclusion. From FEACEM is committed to a model of quality employment commensurate with the general conditions of the labor market for people with disabilities.
FEACEM CERMI is an associate member, having an especially active role in the Committee on Employment of CERMI; Forum member Responsible Procurement and is a founding member of the Foundation BEQUAL.
