AEDISis a business organization promoted by Plena Inclusion for the representation and defense of the rights of non-profit entities that are dedicated to the provision of care, assistance, education, training and labor integration services for people with disabilities.
It brings together 215 entities of different nature throughout the national territory, among which are three regional employers' associations (Aradis in Aragón, AEES Dincat in Catalonia and the FoQua Business Association in the Balearic Islands).
And it represents 488 associations and companies that provide services to people with disabilities in residences, day centers, occupational centers, special employment centers, special education centers, early care centers, sheltered housing, etc., in which mMore than 38,150 people, 12,532 of them workers with disabilities in a special employment center.
AEDIS is committed to the organizational development of social enterprises in order to offer more and better support and opportunities to people with intellectual disabilities and their families in improving their quality of life.
It is also committed to the creation of a balanced and fair labor relations framework in which companies achieve a flexible management capacity and their workers and professionals carry out their function in an environment of high involvement, adequate recognition and with quality work.
In addition, it aims to promote quality employment for people with disabilities.
