CEPES shows its support for organizations of persons with disabilities

• More than 531,000 people with disabilities working in business entities of the Social Economy encompassed by CEPES

• CEPES among its 7,080 member institutions to associations of people with disabilities, and partners such as ONCE, FEACEM, AEDIS and CERMI

(Madrid, December 3, 2013) -. The Spanish Business Confederation of Social Economy (CEPES) shows a year, their support and solidarity with the organizations in this sector, today celebrate World Disability Day .

"The social economy has proven to be a source of social cohesion and employment by facilitating employs over 531,000 people, across different business entities that make CEPES, especially the Special Employment, Social Cooperatives and Business Initiative Inserting "said the president of CEPES, Juan Antonio Pedreño.

CEPES, entity acceded in 2012 to the Disability SOS platform among its entities CERMI (the Spanish Committee of Representatives of People with Disabilities), which in turn encompasses 7,080 associations of people with disabilities.

Also, people with disabilities are represented in the Employers of Social Economy, CEPES, with entities such as ONCE, and FEACEM AEDIS.
