The Spanish Confederation of Social Economy (CEPES) considered "very successful" the Government's proposal to create a flat fee to promote permanent contracts, as announced by the Prime Minister, Mariano Rajoy, in the debate on the State of the Nation .
CEPES president, Juan Antonio Pedreño said that "this measure is timely to promote the stable and quality recruitment."
Pedroza recalled that "in the Social Economy enterprises, the creation and maintenance of stable employment and a constant quality in their business behavior, as shown by the data in this sector, which in Spain is 10% of GDP."
In addition, the president of CEPES proposed that this measure is also applicable to the conversion of temporary contracts into permanent ones, as this would strengthen the spirit of this measure, which is to generate sustainable employment over time.
