(Madrid, July 8, 2014) -. The Spanish Business Confederation of Social Economy (CEPES) appreciates that the Government of Spain considers essential to the Social Economy to exit the crisis. This follows from the Royal Decree on Urgent Measures for Growth, Competitiveness and Efficiency pursuedeconomic recovery.

"The effort of the social economy to generate employment and stable economic and social wealth,is reflected and recognized by the Government with the introduction in the Royal Decree of many of the proposals CEPES has submitted to the Government. The government's commitment to this business sector that accounts for 10% of GDP and 12.5% "?"?of the Spanish employment is found, "said the president of CEPES, Juan Antonio Pedreño.

CEPES proposals have been reflected primarily in next areas within the Royal Decree-Law: Youth Guarantee, Promotion of Social Economics, Extension flat fee to people who join as partnersworkers or labor unions, as well as joining as working members of labor associations and ensure universal access to socially excluded groups in all services to be implemented.

 

Measures related to the Youth Guarantee and its impact on the Social Economy

"CEPES appreciates that the monthly bonus of 300 euros Business in Social Security contributions for six months also applies to cooperatives, worker-owned companies and placement companies, " stated Pedreño.

Moreover, within the measures adopted by the Government's proposal and its partners CEPES representatives of disability, to expand from 25 to 30 years the limit for people with disabilities to enter the labor market as beneficiaries of the National System is included Youth Guarantee.

Persons with disabilities or at risk of exclusion may conduct training in person in places provided for this purpose within the National System of Youth Guarantee and unsubscribe from them in person and not just electronically.

"The government's commitment to the social economy is again verified in the explicit references to the Royal Decree Promotion of Social Economy from the set of services and orientation programs, employment and training must be viewed in the Active Employment Policies, "he pointed Pedreño. From CEPES will move the Government proposals to enrich the Spanish Employment Revitalization Strategy.
