Pedroza has advocated "the creation of a unit or department on cross-Social Economy in the European Commission, endowed with human resources and technical capacity for policy development and promotion of this business, democratic sector and in which the person premium over the benefit. " Additionreiterated the need to promote measures to facilitate corporate financing of Social Economy. "
