(Madrid, February 26, 2015) .- The Spanish Business Confederation of Social Economy (CEPES) today received an acknowledgment STEWARDS for their support and defense policies Social Responsibility (RSC).
In a ceremony held in Madrid Mapfre Convention Center, the employer's Social Economy received recognition from 3rd hand of his Vice President, Pedro Muñoz, during the celebration of the day '10 years of RSC / Sustainability in Latin America: lessons learned and future challenges' Correspondents.
"CEPES promotes and firmly committed to RSC because the Social Economy enterprises for their democratic functioning and principles responsible and caring, carry within your DNA RSC values," said the president of CEPES, Juan Antonio Pedreño, who also thanked STEWARDS for this recognition.
The employer's Social Economy has been active in favor of the adoption and expansion of the Spanish RSC Strategy, in which 60 measures were collected to promote social responsibility in all types of organizations in both the public and in private, and in society as a whole. To CEPES the Strategy is an important tool that should be strengthened this year to Spain to be at the forefront of these issues in Europe.
