(Madrid, March 26, 2015) .- The Spanish Business Confederation of Social Economy (CEPES) stresses to the complaint by the Junta de Extremadura of a possible scam in training, that CEPES-Extremadura is a legal entity autonomous and independent of the employer.
CEPES reported that, beyond the purely institutional relations, there is no legal or economic links with the Confederation of Organisations for Social Economy and Extremadura Autonomous (CEPES-Extremadura).
Also, CEPES specifies that does not receive or manage any grant for the implementation of training courses. For this reason, the Spanish employers of Social Economy stresses that alleged subsidies have been executed directly by the regional entity and granted by the Junta de Extremadura.
As has been stated from CEPES, the employer's Social Economy shows its strict commitment to transparency, ethics and good governance, especially in institutions that receive public funds. For this reason, supports and disseminates its more than 44,000 associates, Law 19/2013 on Transparency, Access toPublic Information and Good Governance.
CEPES president, Juan Antonio Pedreño it has pointed out that "the social economy is governed by principles of transparency and has a strong ethical and social commitment, especially through the efficient use of public and private resources, and accountability of organizations premised basic governance ".
Therefore, CEPES reiterates its support and commitment to the recent reform of the System of Vocational Training for Employment (Royal Decree-Law 4/2015), especially in "the new provisions related to control training and penalty system, in order to ensure the principle of zero tolerance against fraudmanagement of funds for vocational training for employment. "
