Madrid, May 6, 2019.- The Spanish Business Confederation of Social Economy (CEPES) has opened the registration period for the first training program on 'Responsible Public Contracting', which will be held online in the months of June and July with a duration of 40 hours.
This course, adapted to the specific needs of SMEs and Social Economy companies, will instruct on the bidding processes offered by the new Public Sector Contracts Law, substantially modified and which came into force in 2018.
The students who do it will be able to obtain the necessary knowledge to participate actively in the bids and contracts offered by the Public Administrations or you will be able to advise others who want to do so. In addition to acquiring knowledge of the global bidding process, with this Course you will also learn the novelties, opportunities and advantages that the new legislation of Public Contracts offers to Social Economy entities and SMEs.
The training program, which can be rewarded through the State Foundation for Training for Employment (FUNDAE), counts on the creation of its contents with the presence of the best experts in responsible public procurement, such as, among others, Guillermo Yáñez , trainer and connoisseur of the same from the field of administration and private enterprise, and Santiago Lesmes , head of the Responsible Public Contracting Area in the Consultant of social clauses and transparency of 'De Par en Par'.
