Rubalcaba has made "?"?these statements as part of the board of the Spanish Business Confederation of Social Economy (CEPES) which was held in Madrid plant Flisa industrial laundry, a company belonging to the ONCE Foundation.

In addition, the Socialist candidate has announced that his party has collected in the electoral program the various proposals made "?"?by CEPES. On the other hand, has stressed the need to introduce a series of fiscal reforms to the sector to introduce a latent form in various policies for job creation.
Juan Antonio Pedroza said that "the social economy in recent years has shown that it is possible another form of employment and the need for greater visibility of the sector to society and institutions."
CEPES is the largest institution representing the Social Economy in Spain, becoming a platform for institutional dialogue with the authorities. Its 29 members represent the interests of 45,093 businesses represented 12.5% "?"?of employment and with a turnover exceeding 10% of GDP.
